TrailerSaver, Inc. TrailerSaver Air Suspension Hitch Limited Three Year WarrantyTrailerSaver, Inc. extends this warranty to the original purchaser only. Components NOT covered under the Limited Warranty consist of the following: [1] Air Lift air springs and control panel that is warranted by Air Lift Company for one (1) year. [2] Hitch head assembly is warranted by Holland Hitch Company for one (1) year. Should any other component fail during the ownership to the original purchaser, Warrantor will replace or repair that component at the discretion of the Warrantor for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. Any failure in workmanship will be covered for an additional two (2) years provided the owner’s registration information has been completed and returned to the address below within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. The Warrantor will make the decision on any warranty repairs that should be required, and all repairs shall be at the address of the Warrantor’s business. Any modifications made to said hitch not approved by Warrantor voids this warranty. All transportation charges are the responsibility of the owner. This Warranty does not cover failure caused by accidental damage to the TrailerSaver air suspension hitch, or failure due to purchaser’s neglect of periodic maintenance performed on the hitch. It is necessary to grease the hitch at least every 4000 miles of travel and inspect the axis pins on an annual basis to check for wear. In no event shall Warrantor be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting directly or indirectly from the possession, use, or loss of use of this product or arising out of any breach of this warranty. This warranty is produced in lieu of all other expressed warranties and all other obligations or liabilities of TrailerSaver, Inc. There are no express warranties except as listed herein. You are advised that some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state. All returns must have prior approval before they will be accepted.
