Limited Five Year Warranty

TrailerSaver, Inc. warrants for a period of five (5) years all components that it manufacturers to be free from defect in material and/or workmanship. Holland/Binkley warrants their hitch head assembly for one (1) year.

This limited warranty applies only with the proper installation of the hitch and under normal use and service to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Should any other component fail during the ownership to the original purchaser, Warrantor will replace or repair that component at the discretion of the Warrantor for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase at the Warrantor’s address provided the owner registration information has been completed and returned to the address below within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Repairs made at any other location must have prior approval from the Warrantor. Any modifications not approved by Warrantor made to said hitch voids this warranty. Transportation charges are not included.

This Warranty does not cover failure caused by accidental damage to the TrailerSaver hitch, or failure due to purchaser’s neglect of periodic maintenance. In no event shall Warrantor be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting directly or indirectly from the possession, use, or loss of use of this product or arising out of any breach of this warranty. This warranty is produced in lieu of all other expressed warranties and all other obligations or liabilities of TrailerSaver, Inc. There are no express warranties except as listed herein. You are advised that some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.

All returns must have prior approval before they will be accepted.
